Mission Statement
THE MEN AND WOMEN OF THE JEROME COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY WILL PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL MANANGED DETENTION SERVICES TO OFFENDERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULINGS BY THE COURT. WE WILL BE SENSITIVE AND RESPONSIVE TO THE NEEDS OF OUR CITIZENS AND INMATES. WE PROVIDE FOR THE BASIC HUMAN NEEDS OF THE INMATES WITH AN EMPHASIS ON CONSTRUCTIVE PROGRAMS AND REHABILITATIVE OPPORTUNITIES.
WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROTECTING AND EXTENDING DEMOCRATIC VALUES. WE LISTEN AND SHOW RESPECT FOR THE VIEWS, DIFFERENCES AND RIGHTS OF ALL PEOPLE.

Saturday: 6 – 9 PM

Sunday : 1 – 4 PM

Wednesday: 6 – 9 PM

Female inmates
Saturday: 1 – 4 PM
(last sign in will be at 3:30 PM)
Sunday: 7 – 9 PM
(last sign in will be at 8:30 PM)
Tuesday: 7 – 9 PM
(last sign in will be at 8:30 PM)
Jail Inmate Visiting Information
Registration for visiting will begin 1-1/2 hours prior to the visiting times and will end 1/2 hour before the visiting times. There will be no exceptions. A government photo ID is required, i.e.: state drivers license, military ID, etc.
Visiting spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Pre-registration for later visiting times or days will not be accepted.
You must sign up for the current visiting period. Visiting sessions are 30 minutes long. Once you are in the visiting area you will stay the full time.
Once you are signed up for a visit, do not leave the jail lobby area. If you are not present when visitors are admitted your visit will be cancelled.
Phone calls will not be accepted to see if an inmate is allowed a visit.
Juveniles are allowed to visit only if accompanied by a parent or guardian. If juveniles become disruptive your visit will be terminated.
Visitors who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or act inappropriately to staff or other visitors, will not be allowed to visit.
It is unlawful under Idaho Code 20-627 for any person to bring guns, knives or any other weapons and/or any tobacco products or drugs into the jail. Violators are subject to arrest
